Changeover day is flexible.
The final balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
 

All guests are advised to have holiday insurance.

Please note that check-in is from 2pm on the date of arrival and check-out is by 10am
on the date of departure. Early check-in or late departures are only possible if there are
no other bookings on the chosen dates - and by prior arrangement with the owner or 
manager of the villa.
