The marina at Puerto Calero is a great place to wander, look at the fabulous boats and soak up a bit of the luxury atmosphere. A variety of cafes and restaurants can be found at the water's edge.

With 93 beaches of all types from Black Rocks through to fine white sand and an enviable climate; Lanzarote is a beach lover's paradise.  There are some superb stretches of sand in the nearby resorts of Playa Honda and Puerto del Carmen. Just a bit further to the North West is the surfer's paradise and golden sands of Famara Beach

 

THE COASTLINE
 

Stunning scenery awaits you from the minute you leave the villa. Drive in any direction and you will discover breathtaking views of mountains, surf , sand and nearby islands.

 

This is the Island of La Graciosa, just half an hour's drive to the northern tip of the island from Guime. The view is incredible and the island accessible - 15 minutes on the local ferry.

The Volcano Park at Timanfaya is Lanzarote´s most popular tourist attraction, home to a sea of colourful dormant volcanoes and spent cones.

 

There are many water sports on the island; surfing and diving being especially popular. The recent addition of the underwater 'Museo Atlantico' which in time will become an amazing dive site is especially exciting for divers.

 

Explore the delights of La Geria the wine growing area in the heart of the countryside, or visit El Golfo to experience the Green Lagoon. The contrasts of this island have to be seen to be believed.
